Ayotunde is a seasoned banker with a passion for extending the frontiers of electronic banking and Payments in Nigeria. He currently serves as the Chairman of Committee of e-banking industry heads in Nigeria.

He previously worked on the FT's LEX team and the City Desk and was also accountancy correspondent. Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Hugues Le Bret is founder and the CEO of Financière des Paiements Electroniques (Compte Nickel). He is the former Chairman and CEO of Boursorama Bank (France, UK, Germany & Spain). He has served as Head of Group Communications, Innovation and Internet businesses at Société Générale and was a member of the Company's Executive Committee between 1999-2009.

Chris Mason (Global Head of Business Development and Sales, ATOS Worldline) is responsible for the Acquiring businesses accross EMEA. He was managing director of AIBMS for over two years. Before AIBMS, Mason spent 13 years at Citigroup, most recently as global head of Worldlink Payment Services, a transaction services business. Before Worldlink Payment Services, Mason was business head of Citi Commercial Cards EMEA. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Antonio Massanell, held several positions in "la Caixa" before his appointment as CaixaBank's Deputy Chairman in June 2014. He serves on the boards of Telefónica, S.A., Cecabank, SAREB, and ERSTE Group Bank, and he is Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of COTEC (the Foundation for Technological Innovation) and a member of ERPB (Euro Retail Payments Board) representing ESBG (the European Savings and Retail Banking Group).
William joined Western Union in 2013 to lead the Key Account programme working with large retailers, banks and post offices to grow revenue and consumers. William has successfully added household names like WHSmith and Sainsbury's to the agent roster as well as developing new products and services. William spent the first ten years of his career working for multi-national packaging companies before moving to retail and consumer finance, with stints in start-ups and eBay in the mix.
George is an accomplished banker, having played key roles in retail banking and treasury management over the past 23 years. Currently, he heads Ecobank Ghana's Consumer Bank business and has additional responsibilities as Cluster Head for the Anglophone West Africa zone (AWA). Prior to his appointment he was the Head, Retail Banking for Ecobank Ghana and was instrumental in growing the bank's branch network and deposit base.
Alex Mifsud is founder and CEO of Ixaris Systems, a leading innovator in global electronic payments. He established Malta's first digital cartography facility within its urban planning agency as well as a mobile commerce incubator funded by Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Hikari Tsushin. Alex also headed the Computer Science Department at the University of Malta and holds a PhD in Computer Science.
Alexander Modley (Global Head of Loans, HSBC) has over 25 years strategic business leadership in financial services working for HSBC (two years), Barclays (nine years), Citibank (11 years) and BP (six years). In his current role, he is responsible for building the consumer lending proposition and business for HSBC across the globe with over $25 billion total assets. His past experience covers both consumer payments and lending in a variety of regional roles (Europe, EMEA and Africa) as well as business direction in the field.

Roberto has spent most of his career in the payment industry working for JCB. In recent years he has played different roles within the organisation and has been responsible for the Iberian markets since 2009. Nowadays most of the activities of JCB Madrid Branch are focused on completing JCB's acquiring network and developing issuing activity in a challenging environment.
After working for Barclays, Boku and Zapp, Stuart Neal has been working with an exciting start up — Featurespace — since March this year. Featurespace have taken groundbreaking mathematics from Cambridge University and created a machine learning and behavioural analytics engine that is helping organisations simultaneously combat fraud and lower the negative consequences of more traditional fraud prevention tools.
József Németh (Deputy CEO, Online Business Technologies) graduated from the Budapest University of Economics. After a spell as a management consultant at EY, he joined Online. He has gained remarkable experience in implementing complex core banking solutions, having worked as senior consultant, project manager, head of project office, operative and sales deputy CEO throughout the last 15 years.
Tsuyoshi Notani was named Managing Director of JCB International (Europe), Head of JCB Europe, in April 2016. He was Senior Vice President, Head of international business strategy in Head Office, responsible for JCB global business strategy and alliances from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he had overseen the ASEAN markets as Managing Director of JCB International (Thailand).
Naoise O Toole
A graduate of Business and Psychology, Naoise joined Lafferty Group as an Events Administrator in 2015. She has responsibility for coordinating the Lafferty International Councils as well as their Global Conferences and Events programme.
Mark O'Keefe is the founding director of Optima Consultancy, whose recent focus has been the development of Optima's payment reporting solution to help acquirers comply with the impending EU legislation. He has 20 years' experience in the payments business having spent time with Marks & Spencer Money, and at Capital One. Mark has served as part of the Visa Business School faculty since 2006, and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Yemi currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sterling Bank Plc in Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to his current role, he was Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Structured and Trade Finance and before that Chief Operating Officer at Trust Bank of Africa Limited. He is a graduate of the Citibank Management Associate Program and his professional experience spans Strategy & Finance, Corporate & Investment Banking as well as Banking Operations & Compliance.
Michaël has 10 years of experience in payments and more than 15 years in digital services. He joined the Atos group in France in 1998 as Consultant e- services and moved to Spain in 2007 to lead Business Development activities in Iberia and LATAM before to be appointed Head of Sales Strategy and Market Development of Worldline in 2015.

Phang Yew Kiat has been serving as chief executive officer, executive director and vice chairman of Credit China Holdings Co. since December 2013. Carmen Alonso Sánchez
Carmen has worked for Visa Europe for about 10 years, holding various positions in different countries as part of the Sales, Global Accounts and Consulting teams. Most recently Carmen has been working in the Strategic and Growth UK accounts team, keeping the relationships and business strong with some of Visa Europe's key accounts. For more than 20 years Carmen has worked in the Spanish market in payments. Ravi Shankar Chaturvedi is a Research Fellow for Innovation and Change at the Tufts Fletcher School, and director of the Planet eBiz research stream, which analyses the forces that drive digital evolution and the future of global commerce. Ravi has extensive experience in emerging markets, strategy and business management, and the payments industry. Prior to Fletcher, Ravi was the head of Portfolio and Products for the Middle East and North Africa region at American Express.
Sikander Shaukat is the founding partner of Value Dynamics, which enables clients to deliver superior growth from product and services innovation. Matt Sloan is managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa for Discover Financial Services. Joan Morlà Tomàs is the General Manager at CaixaCard and Comercia Global Payments.
He also served in different positions in CaixaBank as Card Business Director, responsible for Card Business and Payment Services for merchants; Payment System Development Director and several roles in the Electronic Banking Department. He holds a Master's Degree in e-Business from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), and the Program for General Management by IESE University.
Marc Torrens' expertise is in the area of Machine Learning and Product Design with a strong focus on the banking industry. He currently serves as CIO at Strands, where he is responsible for product and innovation. He is co-author of more than ten patents and has published over 20 research papers in journals and at international conferences.
Stelios Trachonitis is an FCII, started his career in the General Insurance of Cyprus (subsidiary of Bank of Cyprus) until 2007 as the Personal Lines Manager. In 2007, he was appointed as Manager of Direct Banking, managing the call centre as well as the business side of internet banking. Since 2008, he has been the manager of card services, responsible for the issuing and promotion of Visa and MasterCard as well as the issuing and acquiring of Amex.
Xavier Marin Trujillo
Xavier's career has developed around strategic consulting, marketing and innovation. He actually is in charge of the Fintech Strategy of Banco Sabadell at the Innovation Division and previously held various positions at the same company, having been Social Media Manager, Relational Marketing Director, or ActivoBank front-end Director. Although has mathematics and computer science background, He calls himself a self-taught person and advocates "learning by doing" basis and methodology.
Advanced Engineering Degree in Telecommunications, Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Master's Degree in Management Development (PDD), IESE (University of Navarra). Melvin van Wingerden
Melvin van Wingerden (Head of EMEA, Fraedom) heads up Fraedom's commercial operation in the EMEA region. He has extensive experience in the corporate travel industry and in financial services: prior to joining Fraedom in January 2014, he was a freelance consultant working throughout Europe and the US for both MobileXpense and AirPlus International. Melvin was also employed by AirPlus, where he held positions as head of Sales for the Benelux countries and in the Global Account Management space for almost ten years.
Carlos Wanderley gained his international reputation as a customer-centric business manager while working for two of the world's most respected companies. He started his career at Gillette, initially in Economics and Finance, later moving to Sales and Marketing and General Management. He then took up a senior executive position with one of the world's largest banks: HSBC. Today he is in Africa, re-structuring the Retail business at one of the most traditional banks of Nigeria (UBN).
Antony R. Withers joined the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd as Chief Executive, Banking in 2006. He became chief executive of the bank in 2014, following the establishment of the MCB Group. He is the holder of an MA in Economics from Christ's College, Cambridge, and was also awarded an MBA by IMD, in Lausanne. He has accumulated wide-ranging experience in the banking sector shouldering an array of high-level responsibilities in a number of institutions.
